Prices and payment

 

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Naturshopen uses Klarna as a payment service, Klarna offers a number of different payment methods. Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Return Policy

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Please be aware that certain products that need cooling such as our probiotics line cannot be returned. Please be aware that returning probiotic products to us requires special considaration and needs to be shipped express back to us. We recommend Fedex or DHL Express.

Deliveries

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. Naturshopen.se uses DHL and Swedish Postnord, we normally deliver all orders within 2-5 working days. Unclaimed packages are charged 29EUR

 

VAT and shipping outside of the EU
Naturshopen.se ships all products from our warehouse in Sweden, VAT is included in all products excepts shipments outside of EU. Please be aware that shipments to Norway will come with extra cost. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return unopened unopened products.

Refund Obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
