Drying method

The liver, kidney and heart have undergone gentle freeze-drying which, unlike traditional heat drying, preserves all the important heat-sensitive vitamins, minerals and cofactors that make this the fantastically nutritious superfood that it is.
With our Grassfed Organ Mix you get all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes from ther liver, kidney and heart. 

Control of farms

All of Nordic King's farms undergo annual inspections to ensure that the animals are healthy and live according to KRAV's strict animal husbandry rules.
