What is Jigsaw MagSoothe?
A raspberry flavoured, fast-acting, soothing magnesium powder that uses the biological magnesium, Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate exclusively from Albion Labs, combined with bicarbonate.

What is Jigsaw MagSoothe?

Why is sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate included?
Magnesium and bicarbonate work together to improve the absorption and efficiency of each other within your body. Magnesium acts as a "transporter" of bicarbonate in your cells and bicarbonate helps to transport magnesium to your mitochondria.
Active Ingredients: Magnesium (as TRAACS® magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate), Sodium (as sodium bicarbonate), Potassium (as potassium bicarbonate).
Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop with 1 cup of cold water and stir for 5 seconds, once daily.
Dos: 1 dossked/6,5g.
