Jigsaw Magnesium w / SRT with Albion®(B-Free) dimagnesium malate is a popular magnesium supplement with w / SRT technology or so-called slow release technique. By slowly dissolving the tablet we obtain a smoother and more efficient absorption of magnesium throughout the day. B-Free means no added vitamin B for those that are already taking Vitamin B supplements.

Jigsaw Magnesium w / SRT with Albion® (B-Free) dimagnesium malate is a very popular magnesium supplement with so-called slow release technique. "SRT" in Jigsaw MagSRT stands for Sustained Release Technology, and this is the big difference that gives this product superior efficiency.
Instead of dumping the magnesium into your system at the same time, the SRT lowers the magnesium emission so that it is spread out over an 8 hour period allowing the body to absorb the maximum needed throughout the day. At the same time, you avoid the unpleasant digestive problems that high doses of most magnesium supplements can cause. By dissolving the tablet slowly, you get a smoother and more efficient absorption of magnesium
The B-Free version is based on our best-selling Jigsaw MagSRT product, but contains no B vitamins. Why? We have several customers who take other vitamin B supplements.
The malate form of magnesium means that the magnesium is bound to malic acid. This form is absorbable to 85%.

Dosage: 2 tablets, morning and evening. It is possible to increase the dose to 4 tablets morning and evening. Should be taken with food.
