Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
Naturshopen uses Klarna as a payment service, Klarna offers a number of different payment methods. Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Klarna is thus responsible for personal data for such personal data in accordance with Klarna's terms.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it.
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. Naturshopen uses Postnord and DHL. We normally deliver all orders within 1-4 working days. Uncollected packages are charged SEK 299 (SEK). If the customer wants a new mailing for a shipment that has been returned to Naturshopen.se, the customer will be charged SEK 99. Contact customer service +468-769 01 91 to receive a new mailing.
VAT and shipping outside of the EU
Naturshopen.se ships all products from our warehouse in Sweden, VAT is included in all products excepts shipments outside of EU. Please be aware that shipments to Norway will come with extra cost. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return products unopened unopened packaging.
We will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the product. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Postnord or DHL will receive your information in order to be able to send the goods home to you.
