This extra virgin olive oil is made only from arbequinao olives from the Siurana area (SUB), harvested in the traditional way during the months of November, December and January, guaranteeing a selection of the best olives under optimal conditions. The result is an oil of superior quality perfect for flavoring all types of dishes.

Works perfectly to use for salads and cooking but also to make mayonnaise.
